About our client:
- Our client is one of the largest players in the Lifesciences & Chemicals sector. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead excellence in Talent Acquisition process for the organization and will be responsible for managing key deliverables on all TA metrics.
- This will entail partnering with function heads and HODs to identify their sourcing requirements, map the relevant external talent pool and recruit for roles across levels.
Job Description :
Reporting into a Global Talent Acquisition lead & dotted line into the Director HR- APAC, your responsibilities will include :
- Responsible for recruiting for positions across levels, primarily for Salesforce and specific requirements in businesses and corporate.
- Be involved in leadership hiring as well as field hiring the group
- Review the current recruitment process for the organization and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact
- Manage the various phases of managing technology transformation and enhancement of the recruitment process
- Drive process adherence and capturing of all relevant information on the recruitment system
- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilize the insights for process enhancements
- Identify and implement assessment tools for candidature selection
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure seamless interaction
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool
- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimize recruitment costs
- Identify and engage with recruitment partners, negotiate terms of service and alignment with the organization's policy
The Successful Applicant :
- You must have in-depth expertise and understanding of talent acquisition across different positions and specialist roles
- You will come with 8 -10 years of strong experience in recruitment, candidate assessments, fitment analysis and on-boarding; preferably from a pharma, chemical, life sciences or Healthcare background ONLY
- MBA in HR preferred
