Lead - Talent Acquisition - BPO/ITeS

Ourclient is an India-based technology company trying to change the way construction and real estate companies procure material for their projects. They are ushering in the next normal in construction: Reshaping the world's largest ecosystem through technology - every process and every product. They are currently 300+ strong and headquartered in Mumbai. With centers across India, we have regional offices in Noida, Gurugram, Delhi, Kochi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Nashik.

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the Talent Acquisition initiative and be based at the companys Head office at Thane [West]

Lead - Talent Acquisition - (Experience of between 15-20 yrs)

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Devise Strategies across all levels of hiring.

- Strategize and implement the best hiring policies.

- Monitor and improve SLA and benchmark driven efficiency metrics.

- Recruitment efforts planning - Capacity and timeliness reviews.

- Manage channels, vendors, references, and all policies and commercials relating to them.

- Stakeholder engagement - understand the organization's future and work with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics.

- Build a culture of appreciation and recognition.

- Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing.

- Work closely with the HR Team.

- Good Process/Program management skills.

Must Have :

- 15+ years of experience with any master's degree from a reputed university.

- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills Required

- Professionals with experience in creating recruitment plans and executing (end-to-end) preferred

- Excellent skills in managing data, creating Data Bank of CVs and publishing dashboards on a regular interval.
