The major responsibilities(Key focus areas) will be :
- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time
- Talent Acquisition (Lateral + Campus Hiring)
- Team Management
- Strategy Making
- HR Analytics and Budgeting (Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing)
- Stakeholder Management
Skill sets we are looking for :
- 11+ years of experience in recruitment
- The candidate should have well rounded experience in managing TA process end to end
- Should be handling campus hiring or at least have experience of handling the same in the past.
- Should have hiring experience for Niche roles
- Good stakeholder and vendor management
