The responsibilities will include and not be limited to leading a team of recruitment managers and recruitment operations executives.
1. Setting up the overall HR recruitment strategy for all lines of business.
2. Be a solution provider and enabler for the business. To partner with the larger HR team for the organizational objective/goals.
3. Owning up the end to end recruiting delivery on the parameters like sourcing mix, cost per hiring and operational excellence.
4. Design, develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position as an Employer of Choice in the market
5. To have regular connect with Business Stakeholders on a weekly basis.
7. Lead the development of Talent Acquisition strategy in support of corporate goals and in alignment with our corporate values
8. Optimum utilization of various channels of sourcing available with the focus on direct channels like social media sites, blogs and job sites, employee referrals and less dependency on recruitment consultants
Salary offered: 10-15LPA
