Position : Talent Acquisition Lead
Designation : Based on the candidate's expertise and experience
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strategise and execute the Talent Acquisition Plans through innovative and effective use of the latest tools, techniques and social media.
- Execute the end-to-end research process for Entry level bulk hiring of approx 150 positions per month for sales, credit and operations functions.
- Handling Multi location hiring in tier3/4 cities Pan India.
- Vendor management
- Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
- Utilize social media/internet for recruitment
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
- Improve company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Research new ways of using the Internet / social media for recruitment
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Create job descriptions
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
Education & Experience : MBA in HR
- 5 - 8 years of experience.

- Ability to organize work to meet deadlines
