About the Client: Our client is a reputed MNC in the BFSI domain.
Role Description:
- Handle the recruitment process end to end with a clear vision and strategy for a new business line
- Handle the entire gamut of recruitment activities for the organization- Sourcing strategy, sourcing channel mix, selection process, recruitment, onboarding, induction
- Manage the Campus Hiring piece end to end, including employer branding and relations
- Hire laterally, headhunt for specific positions
- Manage external vendor relationships
- Contribute strategically to align the organization's growth plans and budget with the hiring needs, give inputs for the budget, check attrition, implement incentive and retention strategies
- Be the face of the organization in front of the Group stakeholders
Candidate Requirements :
- MBA/Masters is a must
- 3-5 years as a TA specialist. Total experience not more than 6-7 years.
- Experience in mid- senior level hiring, campus hiring, branding and ATS
- Excellent communication and presentation and the ability to build internal and external relationships
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on environment
- Independent, go-getter attitude- ready to take on responsibility and thrive in a fast-paced culture
- Ability to work effectively with and influence all levels of employees within the organization, including executive leadership
- Engineering background is a plus
- Industry preference: BFSI, Retail, FMCG, Telecom
