Key Responsibilities
- Support the current and future staffing needs using the HR service delivery framework.
- Execute full life cycle recruiting processes, including the HR-related onboarding of new employees
- Partner with Business Partners, line managers and other key stakeholders to execute hiring based on business goals.
- Extensive experience in sourcing and building a candidate pipeline.
- Finding and engaging passive candidates through various channels. Create talent engagement plans for passive candidates.
- Communicate with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact the business
- Extensive experience in market research and talent mapping strategies
- Experience in advanced Talent search techniques
- Experience in attracting candidates from Tech sites
- Build a culture of appreciation and recognition.
Required Skills And Experience :
- Master's degree with 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Tech/Non-Tech Recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for Start-ups, NBFCs is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Has willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description.
