Talent Acquisition Lead
1. The candidate is expected to partner closely with the business's leadership team members to fully understand the lateral hiring needs in the Financial Risk domain and develop and implement an appropriate recruiting strategy.
2. Understanding of the Financial Risk operations in the BFSI domain.
3. Ability to model, influence and manage a team to maintain rigour in the process, compliance, and operational expertise
4. Partnering with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement & share market insights. Primary focus on closing mandates & building pipelines through various sources for current and future requirements. Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas.
