Incumbent will be responsible for the entire gamut of Manpower Planning and Resourcing including:

1. Design Develop and Implement Strategies for Mass Hiring for the Bank across various Geographies.

2. Responsible for using ATS and HR Tech Platforms for Hiring

3. Independently responsible for Mid Senior Level hiring

4. Campus Strategies and Management Trainee Program

5. Employer Branding

6. TA Team Management across Regions

7. Drive innovative ways for Recruitment

8. People from Banking, Insurance and Financial Services would be preferred with reasonable joining time.
