This is a remote position.
- We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Senior Recruitment Executive to assist with our recruiting activities. As a Senior Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, screening resumes, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews. You will work directly under the Hiring Manager and assist with all recruiting-related duties and also assist with day to day operation tasks.
- To ensure success as a Senior Recruitment Executive, you should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. A top-notch Senior Recruitment Executive understands the needs of the company and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Understanding the manpower needs and develop a sustainable plan and strategy for timely hiring of candidates across levels in the organization.
- Planning and executing campus drive and different sources for volume hiring, primarily for client facing roles like Business Development, Sales, Operations (Delivery) and Customer Success.
- Identifying different sources of recruitment to attract and build talent pipeline.
- Building networks to find qualified passive candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and execute new ways of social media for recruitment and headhunting for mid-level roles.
- Recruitment Consultant management.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Identifying the roadblocks in the hiring process (if any) and finding out solutions to eradicate thesame to expedite the hiring process.
- Identifying and using different tools and methods for effective screening of applications.
- Participating in interview process to ensure quality candidates are hired.
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
Eligibility:
The following are the important eligibility requirements for this Job:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or similar fields.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Candidates from startup backgrounds would be preferred. Bonus points if you've worked at a B2B SaaS startup.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews over the phone.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Must have a laptop or desktop to work along with a stable internet connection.
