Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Lead to join our Asset Management Company (AMC)client in Mumbai.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the financial services sector, and will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.

- Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions that align with business goals.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract potential candidates.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.

- Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

- 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the financial services or asset management industry.

- Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions. esp fund managers , analysts , Sales

- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
