Talent Acquisition - Lead

- Full time Post Graduate or MBA(HR) from a reputed institute with consistent academic record in school/college . Those with BE qualification will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to work in hectic fast paced environment.

- Profiles with stable career path only to apply.

Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end Recruitment process across all levels

- Develop the job specifications

- Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews or face-to-face interviews

- Leverage various channel partners to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates

- Work with various business stakeholders

- Understand compensation related matters and effective closure of the positions

- Drive all pre joining and post joining including pre-employment verification, Joining Formalities/on boarding, Induction etc.

- HR MIS and data management

- Present analytics as per business need

- Support in HR Generalist activities/HR projects

- Working knowledge and execution of few modules in SAP

- Profiles should have experience working in an MNC Organisations.
