Lead - Talent Acquisition

Position - TA Lead.

Reporting to - Head Talent Acquisition.

Location - Maharashtra.

Role:

- The role of the Lead of Talent Acquisition lead organization's recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

- Managing different source of hiring and vendor management.

- RPO: Managing and effectively leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

- Strategy: Developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategy.

- Team leadership: Leading a team of recruiters, providing feedback and coaching and setting targets.

- Market Insights: Examine the trends within the industry, the prevailing market conditions, and the availability of talent.

- Diversity: Championing diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

- Communication: Working with department heads to understand their staffing needs.

- Reporting: Analysing and reporting recruitment metrics to the management team.

- Onboarding: Overseeing the onboarding process of new employees.

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Preferred candidate:

- Ideally looking for diversity candidates with 15+ years of experience in End-to-end talent acquisition.

- Qualification - MBA / MSW.

- Must have experience in handling RPO in manufacturing industry/ sector.

- Hands on experience in Leadership hiring in house.

- Should have team handling experience.
