Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Describe and explain to our OEM customers in India the Sustainability Action plan and what are the our commitments and roadmap for CO2 reduction
- Show the commitment of client towards sustainability by being present in the market
- Keep track of all customer led initiatives in Sustainability domain which have an impact on our market size.
- One communication kit tool to be updated twice a year and to be used during customer interactions
- Quantify the impact (positive/negative) of customer initiatives and suggest mitigation options.
Operations:
- Answering to all customer requests regarding their Sustainability and CO2 questionnaires. Ensure interface and coherence in reply with the Head of sustainability
- Support sales team by visiting OEM and explaining what our roadmap is regarding sustainability
- Keep OEM updated on all our initiatives regarding sustainability.
- Understand customer expectations and see how to integrate them in with our own sustainability strategy
- Visit each OEM 2 x year with sales team to speak about sustainability
- One follow up of all customer requests with answers provided
- One monthly synthesis on what happened with customers.
Others:
Attend all internal meetings linked to sustainability issues and all topics which have an impact on CO2 and customer requests (such as the scrap challenge)
Performance Evaluation:
- Get recognition by the customers feedback on our differentiation with reference to Sustainability topics
- Customer satisfaction survey once a year
