Position: Lead- Supply Chain Management

Location: Mumbai. C

Qualification: BE/MTech/ MBA (Marketing or SCM or Operations

Experience: 8-12 yrs

The maximum salary offered can be 15 lacs PA.

Key Job Descriptions:

- Formulate and implement strategy and periodically review effective implementation of strategy and initiate corrective measures.

- Ensure conceptualize IT requirements, process flows, and usage patterns of service centers (both RR service and service biz partner) and establish automation system thereof in time.

- Ensure parts availability, both centrally and at state store level, to meet customer requirements.

- Negotiate with Vendors on Service Support System and Infra development and ensure setting up a robust supply chain management, taking into consideration product life cycle and parts requirement thereof.

- Ensure assessment of tax and related legal/statutory requirements in parts, accessories and service operations relating to customer service, compliance at both H.O and store service center levels

- Ensure establishment of Central Warehousing operations for handling spares, accessories and running the parts fulfillment of store service centers in the least cost of operation model.

- Ensure stock accuracy and scrap / write off, as applicable from time to time.

- Ensure processes related to Initial Ordering, Minimum Stock Levels, Re order level, End Series Ordering with respect to Vendors and with respect to Private Label products are defined as required.

- Ensure identification of least cost of part of same specification and ensure appropriate sourcing, for cost optimization. And Establish systems to ensure no loss of part in stock/transit or no damages to parts in stock/transit
