The role demands a focus on in depth data analytics, strategic planning, and the creation of innovative sponsorship and advertising solutions that set industry benchmarks. Desired candidate must have experience in Telecom/BFSI domain.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and enable successful execution of business strategies to achieve the revenue targets for the year.
- Identify and evaluate revenue diversification opportunities to drive business growth.
- Contribute to aligning business goals with the overall organizational strategy by providing relevant input and direction
Revenue Diversification and Innovation:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for revenue diversification beyond traditional ad sales models.
- Provide relevant inputs on creating innovative & impactful advertising and sponsorship formats that leverage the company's brand power, audience reach.
Market Insights:
- Conduct in-depth data analytics to understand business vis- vis market trends.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging solutions to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Support to Directors:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of strategy professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the strategy team.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue diversification, with expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and cross functional collaboration.
- Experience in developing innovative revenue models and growth strategies for companies.
