Lead - Strategy - Renewable Energy

A Large conglomerate having diverse business interests across the globe is looking to hire a mid-level strategy professional. This role reports to the Head of Strategy & is based in Delhi

Key Deliverables

- Identify improvement ideas in existing businesses

- Facilitate effective annual plans and regular performance reviews

- Support decision-making on new businesses/geographies and opportunities to reshape

- Assess organic/inorganic growth opportunities within existing businesses;

- Support decision-making on new businesses/geographies and opportunities to reshape the business portfolio

- Drive special projects, as required

- Enhance collaboration with corporate functions (and businesses)

This role reports to the Head of Strategy.

Skills/Exp

- BE+ MBA with 8-10 years exp only from Renewable energy Background

- Exp with Business Modelling, Understanding of Cashflow etc is desired

- Exp in energy & infrastructure developer / investor space

- Exp with equity investments

- Should have experience of engaging various stakeholders (viz. Bankers, Consultants, Lawyers, Clients, etc.) in both Indian and Multinational situations evaluating investments, divestments, mergers & acquisitions
