Strategy and Program Lead

As a Strategy & Operations Program Manager, you will :

- Working with business function leads, playing a key role in setting up the building blocks for business expansion

- Work with abstract problems in an ambiguous environment to identify business opportunities, evaluate the feasibility, build business cases and roadmaps

- Research the market and bring market intelligence to inform the strategy

- Build deep partnerships across multiple teams globally and in the industry

- Engage with multiple teams and program manage key strategic initiatives for the organization

- Drive change management efforts for stakeholders

- Having a consulting experience with any healthcare or lifecare organization will be preferred
