- Responsible for developing strategies to capture customer feedback through customer satisfaction scores - Plan usage of effective tools, channels and frequency of measurements to ensure effective coverage of the customers & processes - Lead design and implementation of campaigns to acquire target audience - Ensure development of service quality metrics in collaboration with relevant Retail Banking functions - Ensure design, development and implementation of quality audit tools (e.g. service benchmark exercise, customer satisfaction survey, mystery shopping exercise etc.) - Ensure that periodic service benchmarking exercise is conducted and review bank's results against benchmarked organizations
