Hiring for Lead - Strategy, Planning & Business Finance for Startup company (Farming Technology)

Job Title : Strategy, Planning & Business Finance

Location : Mumbai (Andheri)

Experience : 4+ Years (From Startups,Agriculture, Farming, Fertiliser)

Salary : 28-30LPA fixed

Qualification: MBA or CA Or Engineers

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

1. Responsible for creating plans (weekly/ seasonal/ annual) and working across teams to monitor and deliver the plan

2. Running fast iterations and driving low cost pilots/ experiments (Project Management)

3. Demonstrate how to build a plan based on evolving/ uncertain information and still deliver positive outcomes

Data Management:

1. Building data and metrics dashboards which will keep evolving as we develop an understanding of what are the right metrics to track, at what frequency, etc

2. Identify and partner with 3rd party solutions that can help us quickly build data pipelines and automate processes

Business Finance:

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Track costs and revenue line items across the organization to meet the overall company P&L goals (Metrics that do not directly impact the P&L but are relevant for the org will also have to be planned)

- Budgeting and Forecasting

- Financial Reporting and Cash Management
