Lead - Strategy & Investor Relations - BFSI

- Manage the MIS and various dashboards for management purpose.

- Involvement in deal discussion for acquisition.

- Reviewing fundamentals and financial information of the company.

- Preparation and presentation of PPT to the management.

- Preparation of annual business plan and tracking the same against actual and deviation.

- Annual report preparation.

- Knowledge of deal closures, knows in and out of the company's financial planning and can do the analysis.

- Health insurance background is a must
