As the Lead - Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory by driving strategic initiatives, market intelligence, and business transformation efforts. This position requires a highly analytical and strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the fintech ecosystem, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.

Job Brief:

- Develop and execute long-term and short-term strategic plans aligned with business goals.

- Identify new market opportunities, business models, and partnerships to drive growth and competitive advantage.

- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to provide data-driven insights.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance) to implement strategic initiatives.

- Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, strategic alliances, and investment areas.

- Monitor key business KPIs and performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.

- Drive thought leadership and innovation strategies to enhance the company's positioning in the fintech space.

- Lead strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and execution excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA from a top-tier institution (preferred) or equivalent experience in strategy roles.

- 4-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, fintech, banking, or financial services.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation, financial modeling, and business intelligence.

- Deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem, digital payments, lending, and emerging financial technologies.

- Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a structured approach to decision-making.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
