Lead - Strategy Consulting - Oil & Gas

The organisation is a Fortune 25 organisation.

The position would head the team which provides strategy ,research and analytics and is part of the Business Intelligence and strategy team.

This team and the services they provide further enhance the analytical capacity of the organisation.

Job Details

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Leadership of the team .This includes team processes, team coaching and development, team working etc.

2. Development and maintenance of capabilities that are of strategic significance.

3: Manage portfolio of projects

4: Act as primary interface for planning between focal point, and from time to time with management

5: Maintain oversight of budget

6: Deliver content on specific projects as per own skills and on-going project portfolio

Skills and Experience

- 10-12 years experience in strategy consulting

- Experience in oil and Gas is mandatory

- Excellent communication skills

Job Location

The positions are based in Bangalore

Compensation In the Range of 40-50 lakhs
