Description - Strategy Lead shall be responsible to analyse, comprehend and implement solutions basis identification of the problem at hand. In addition to this, there will be opportunity to identify gaps in existing areas thereby creating road-maps and proposals for bridging them.
Client Details :
- Participation in cross-functional teams in the designing and implementation of strategic solutions.
- Identify areas of improvement in People Org processes and practices
- Create proposals and road-maps and assist in the execution of the same.
- Bring an outside-in view to the People Organisation and look at everything from a user perspective
- Should be self-starter and be able to operate autonomously
- Experience in managing several projects in parallel
- Good Presentation skills as the role requires presenting to senior leaders
- Quick learner
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work across cultures
- Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
