Lead - Strategy

The Role: Strategy Lead:

1. Building a long term strategic roadmap and key goals to be achieved by the organization to reach the vision

2. Spearheading key strategic initiatives like pricing, setting GTM, planning new market entries etc

3. Leading key 0 to 1 initiatives for the company - nurture the workstream, take it to PMF and then offload it to a separate function/ vertical

4. Stakeholder management of all C-level executives to provide strategic oversight and ensure consistent delivery of large-scale initiatives

5. Contribute towards all key responsibilities of the founders including board management, performance management, hiring etc

6. Owning the process to execute initiatives, focusing on efficient execution. Clarify responsibilities and distribute them effectively to ensure smooth operation, minimise conflict and maintain organisational clarity.

7. Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and initiatives that can lead to competitive advantages

8. Leverage data to perform analytics and draw actionable insights that help improve product and expand revenue streams
