Lead - Strategy

Purpose Of the Role:

Business Analyst will collaborate with various teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and define requirements for projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and impact of our renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Assist in formulating business strategies, long-term goals, and action plans.

2. Operations Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of the executive office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Streamline processes and workflows to enhance productivity.

- Manage administrative staff and resources as needed.

3. Communication and Representation:

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the CEO.

4. Project Management:

- Lead and execute special projects, often of a confidential and strategic nature.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and monitor progress toward strategic objectives.

- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the CEO.
