We are looking for a Lead HR- Strategic for a manufacturing set up

Location : Ahmedabad

Reports to : SBU Head

Education : MBA (Top B-School)

Job Responsibilities :

- The position will be responsible to create HR roadmap on organization & people development and change management.

- Implement basic HR requirements such as resourcing, compensation & benefits and training administration. Partnering with the functions to develop people strategies and sustain change initiatives.

- Contribute to the creation of a high performing organization through the development and retention of talented staff.

- Active involvement in Organization Development initiatives being a core member of Organizational Leadership Group.

- Active contributor to the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness and other HR initiatives and core member of Organizational Leadership Group.
