Lead - Strategic Alliances
Location: Mumbai
Exp. 5.0 - 10.0 Years
Must-Have:
- Working in a Supply Chain Finance/ fintech firm
- Strong experience in Partnerships( sales) and Strategic Alliances
- Experience in managed alliances with other stakeholders such as banks, NBFCs, other fintech, etc
Preferred qualifications
- Post Graduate degree from a Tier 1 institute, with 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance Product sales role or leading alliances for a Fintech
- Experience in managing clients/partners and drive them towards the desired outcome
- Experience in leading initiatives and delivering results
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment preferred
Skills/ Qualities Required:
- Strong relationship skills - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across levels with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to multi-hat and multi-task: Handle multiple work-streams in parallel with a cool head
- Willing and able to rapidly learn new skills and adapt to new roles as and when required by the business
- Willingness to travel to different client locations across India for meetings on a need basis
Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage alliances with other stakeholders such as banks, NBFCs, other fintech etc
- Liaison with partners to source corporate clients and execute joint programs
- Structure products with partners to meet market need
