Lead - Stakeholder Management

Role Overview:
The company is looking for a Lead - Stakeholder Management. They are looking for candidates who possess strong communication and inter-personal skills. The Lead-Stakeholder Management will be expected to develop and manage communication strategies and initiatives that promote the organization's work, help secure partnerships, enhance stakeholder relationships, build strong connections with stakeholders and, manage communications with them.
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Build an understanding of various stakeholder groups and their priorities. Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and enhance the partnership base
- Identify resources and initiatives that will create tangible value and benefits for the company's stakeholders
- Contribute to the design of an overall business strategy that combines the company's key objectives with stakeholders' preferences
- Lead projects and tasks required to meet stakeholder expectations
- Design and execute an effective engagement strategy to deepen the connect with stakeholders
- Measure and track organizational metrics related to stakeholder engagement
- Create reports and presentations as required
- Collaborate across functions and teams for seamless delivery of stakeholder initiatives
Relevant Experience and skills:
- Experience in managing external stakeholders and clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Project management skills including ability to plan and execute
- Pro-active, self manager with an analytical mind.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint amongst others.
