Job Duties :

- 1. Drive the Complete Staffing Operations to address Client Requirements, Solution Building, Associate Management, Associate Query, Resolution Matrix and Finance Operations

- 2. Manage & be accountable for all Client Escalations & Client related Asks.

- 3. Should be One Stop Solution for Managing the Key Clients and Associates Across geographies.

- 4. Build Synergy with client & provide future roadmap for growth .

- 5. Lead the Associate Care & Management / support desk for all Executive to Mid & Senior Level White collar profiles only.

- 6. Lead the Compliances, Legal and Invoicing Process with the respective teams in the backend .

- 7. Should constantly highlight grievances & issues arising in day to day transactions & operations.
