Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently leading and project managing research and analytics oriented projects and developing subject-matter expertise
- Interacting with business stakeholders to understand business problems and also throughout the life of the project (kick-off, interim review, final review, presenting findings to multiple and diverse stakeholders etc)
- Build a reputation with partners as a solutioner, consultant and recommendations-driven person
- Independently conduct and drive (across the team) deep analyses across areas, insight generation and finalreport making
- Partner with leaders across Products, Segments to help increase effectiveness of Marketing efforts and
Advertising (by leveraging research and data based insights)
- Supervising and quality control, following best practices in project management
- Effective communicate findings, concerns, ideas, project management elements to multiple stakeholders in an offshore-onshore environment
- Involved in training/ learning efforts for the larger organization (tools, technical and cognitive skills, soft skills if need be)
- Adept at knowledge management
- Competent with managing client relationships
Education and Experience
Bachelor's and post-graduate qualification from top-tier institutions. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 10 - 18 years of meaningful work experience in strategic research, value-added knowledge services analysis, insight-building, consulting with a fair exposure and experience of working directly/indirectly with Marketing function of known organizations in service sectors
- Experience in insights, analytics and strategy function of clients or third-party KPOs. Specific sector exposure-Financial services, retail, hospitality, telecom, FMCG, etc.
