Lead/Sr Consultant - PMO - BFSI

We are Looking for PMO Lead Consultant/Senior Consultant from BFSI domain.

M.B.A. or Master’s in a relevant discipline strongly preferred/ Engineering Degree

- Sound, hands-on background of IT services, delivery processes, program and project management processes, quality processes and SDLC models.

- Experience in providing strategic direction and leading engagements in the areas of PMO setups, program management, vendor management and portfolio management.

- Experience in managing large programs (25 mn. USD+) as a part of an IT team.

- Experience performing assessments and gap analyses in varying engagements in the areas of program governance, PMO, Vendor governance

- Experience in process definition and control definitions based on industry best practices.

- Good experience setting up and managing PMO for large and critical programs/IT Enterprise

- Good knowledge of program governance processes, sourcing governance, portfolio management processes and demand management processes.
