MANDATORY ASK: 8-14 YEARS OVERALL & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE / EXPERIENCE IN INSURANCE (P&C/GENERAL/LIFE) & SUPPORTING SALES CYCLE SERVICES / OPEN TO WORKING US SHIFT POSITION SUMMARY: - Working closely with Regional Sales Operations Leaders, Producers and Sales Teams. - Play the role of a concierge to assigned Producers and help maintain the book of business, meetings, reports and schedules. - Provide, either directly or indirectly, product-specific Sales support. - Enrich missing WIN (Sales Force) data on leads, prospects, opportunities, closed lost, etc. - Push Zoom Info, Intent Signals and other key data to Producers. - Provide Strategic Review support to Service and Sales Teams. - They combine relationship building skills, technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive excellence in sales support within an organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Play vital role alongside sales & account teams to effectively onboard new and renewing clients by ensuring all essentials documents/details are brought into systems in order to initiate binding activities. - Responsible for end-to-end support of the sales cycle services. - Participate in prospect & renewal review meetings alongside Producer, CSM and sales team. - Support a team of producers or sales teams at the branch on their ad-hoc and admin activities. - Be the liaison between producers & the Organisations service teams on fulfilling various services. - Take proactive measures to initiate pre and post sales activities promptly. - Monitor and follow up on triggered activities, ensuring their accuracy and timely completion. - Handle queries effectively, aiming to minimize re-work at service center. - Collaborates with branch to identify time consuming activities that can be offshored to the Organisation. - Support producers in analyzing client's financial and business information. - Other duties as assigned by your Regional President and/or Branch Manager(s). WORK EXPERIENCE: - Graduate with 7-10 years of experience in P&C Insurance & operations background - Experience working in Sales Force (SFDC) application - Familiarity in portals like Zoominfo, Dun & Brandstreet and etc - Would be an advantage - Savvy with Microsoft tools - Work, excel, power point etc. - Transition/onboarding of service - good to have - Experience interacting with onshore client/stakeholder (Virtual/in-person) - good to have - Onshore travel experience - good to have - Valid U.S. Visa is must.
