D365 Financial Modules Specialist

Location- Gurugram

Experience- 3 to 5 years

Must Have:

- Experience in D365 Financial Modules

- Experience in ERP Implementations

What You Will Bring :

- 3+ years of relevant experience working with D365 CRM, F&O, Procurement etc. including configuring modules/features and proving user support

- Experience with ERP implementations

Responsibility :

- Functional Consultant/Lead for the implementation of the Dynamics 365 Finance modules, CRM, Procurement etc. modules

- Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients' businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements

- Run workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping

- Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions

- Documentations and train your clients to use the system

- Support testing the proposed system and train users

- Support efforts to modify configuration in our existing D365 ERP application to add functionality and/or features/reports & dashboards

- Identify requirements from the end users and share with the implementation team

- Coordinate and assist the business to perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new functionality/reports and other post-implementation support

- Understand future enhancements from the user to be done on the D365 or other inhouse or 3rd party solutions.

- Assist in the management and development of new reports and/or enhancements to existing reports

- Work with external vendors to understand their key capabilities on the implementation

- Also work as a BA to support new initiatives in collating requirements and managing the overall project to completion

- Enterprise software functional implementation consulting and system integration experience will be viewed positively

- Exposure across the design, development, configuration, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
