Lead - Special Projects/Value Added Services - Real Estate

- Conceptualize, strategize and execute the projects in the pipeline of the organization to launch them successfully

- Initiate with pilot and finally scale up the project to all co-living properties of the organization by building a team, training them and standardizing processes for smooth running of the project

- Monitor and manage the relationship with the key vendors, partners and competitors.

- Maintain general awareness of the pulse of the market at all times

- To identify and agree on targets against which the success of a particular project can be measured
