Sourcing Lead for a Financial Services MNC

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience 6-9 years

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Candidate from Big 4/Financial Services/Tier 1 Recruitment Firm would be ideal

Job Description :

- Sourcing - ability to source profiles through all channels such as job portals, niche recruitment tools (Linkedin, Facebook, x-ray search) as well as, connecting on niche job boards

- Market Intelligence - keeping up to date on the activities taking place within organizations

- Manpower planning with stakeholders

- Driving recruitment activities/interviewing & S/L candidates

- Salary negotiation/offer roll outs

- Market Mapping/Research - Conducting mapping exercises for various demands, building a strong database for any given skills.

- Attrition analysis

- Preparation of Monthly manpower reports

- Team Management - Training & Mentoring a team of 5-6 on better engagement in terms of sourcing and headhunting - TEAM MANAGEMENT EXPOSURE IS MANDATORY
