Lead Solutions Architect & Data Scientist - IT

The Lead Solutions Architect & Data Scientist will spearhead our newly formed team within the Innovation and AI Hub, focusing on creating advanced AI solutions for back-office operations in consumer goods and healthcare sectors. This role requires a blend of architectural prowess, machine learning expertise, and business acumen to guide a multidisciplinary team in designing and implementing innovative products that enhance our client's operational efficiencies and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

- Leadership and Project Oversight:

- Lead and mentor a team of backend, frontend, UI/UX, and machine learning engineers.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions and ensure alignment with client's business needs.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Solution Architecture:

- Develop comprehensive solution architectures integrating AI and machine learning technologies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Data Science and Analytics:

- Design and implement predictive models and analytics solutions to improve back-office operations.

- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets.

- Client Engagement and Business Development:

- Act as a key technical liaison between the innovation hub and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

- Contribute to proposal writing and business development efforts by providing technical expertise.

- Research and Development:

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning technologies, and industry trends.

- Lead initiatives to explore new technologies and methodologies that could benefit the hub's strategic goals.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Relevant years of experience in a technical leadership role involving solution architecture and data science.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust back-end systems.

- Strong proficiency in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.

- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

- Master's or PhD in a relevant technical field.

- Experience in consumer goods or healthcare industries.
