Job Description :
- As a Lead Solution Engineer with the business, you will be responsible for designing the product offerings to generate the buy-in of prospective clients. You will be responsible for developing a technical sales strategy to address client requirements and provide business value.
- Identifying patterns in the customer discussions and sales pitches to communicate feedback to the product and marketing team
- Analysing business impact of technical choices on client business processes and making relevant recommendations
- Creating documentation and elaborating technical nuances of the products to relevant stakeholders
- Adept at navigating and comprehending complex enterprise network, technology, and information & data security architecture Knowledge of business process optimisation tools
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in addition to a strong sense of collaboration
- Ability to work well in a highly dynamic team environment focused on providing above industry standard customer service
- Affinity towards learning new technologies
- Bachelors and/or Masters in Software Engineering/Computer Science
