Lead - Social Media & Content - Beauty & Personal Care

- Owner of the brand's social media mandate. Develop all social media and content campaigns, always-on strategy & roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Develop innovative social media and content experiences that engage the consumer and help tell meaningful stories.

- Ensure the brand's visual, tone and style guidelines are maintained across social media.

- Coordinate and plan media spends, paid promotion and advertising campaigns across social media platforms.

- Track, analyse, report and optimize social media performance to guide content decisions, improve overall presence, grow engagement & analyse competitor activity.

- Coordinate with the ORM team - track sentiment analysis, design escalation matrix and ensure effective resolutions to negative conversations.

- Partner with the Brand Management, Growth and Internal Creative teams for integrated campaign development.

- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.

- Optimizing social media content effectively.

Qualifications :

- Self-starter skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines that run simultaneously.

- Has ability to quickly innovate, implement, learn through experiments and scale based on learning.

- 5+ experience in content and social media with brands in beauty and personal care / FMCG / E-Comm / large consumer-facing brands at scale.

- Team Lead experience prior is a plus.

- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.

- Background companies should have had a great content set-up and online presence.

- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and stakeholders.

- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- A keen eye for details.
