Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a transformation project to improve processes, optimize cost and deliver superior service level
- Develop target operating model for a shared service center & lead category level improvement projects
- Collaborate with group companies to understand their procurement needs, create appropriate category strategy, align processes & policies, facilitate SLAs
- Set-up & run the program office to deliver on the plan. Publish dashboards and provide regular reports to the steering committee on individual workstreams, cost savings, and other KPIs
Must Haves :
- Experience in Indirect Procurement
- Experience with large corporates or management consulting firms.
- Experience in areas of operations transformation, driving improvement projects, setting-up shared cost centers
