Lead - Settlement & Reconciliation - UPI/IMPS/AEPS
Job Description:
- Lead IMPS/AEPS or UPI operations activities and maintain oversight over all the operational SOPs and protocols for settlement and other activities
- Ensure timely report generation on regular / adhoc basis; undertake data-based discussions with banks and other relevant stakeholders as applicable
- Drive bank performance and TD analysis for major banks to bring them up to the desired levels through necessary root cause analysis and interventions
- Provide both offline and online assistance to the banks in solving their operational issues as well as onboarding and other concerns; conduct bank training for relevant systems, processes and for creating awareness on the related products
- Drive recovery of funds from the banks and other activities like chargeback, arbitration, etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow up of all the compliance related activities and resolution of the disputes such as cashback complaints, merchant refunds, penalty processing, etc.
- Collaborate with Build Technology for complex issues (L3 level) resolution for any operational activity, which cannot be solved by Run Technology
- Provide inputs and collaborate with quality & business excellence team on the initiatives that aim to improve the operations processes, use of technology, and ability to deliver the best-in-class experience.

- Operations Domain Knowledge - Advanced
- Improvement in KPIs (Declines, Bugs, Uptime) advanced
- Uptime/Resiliency (BCP/DR/HA) - intermediate
- Query Resolution / Bug fixing - advanced
- Efficient Customer Dispute Management - advanced
