Lead - Service Operation - Manufacturing Firm

- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies & SOPs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Oversee for inventory planning for devices ,spares and consumables to deliver on business objectives

- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure productivity and quality of deliverables against the monthly plan in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Oversee the maintenance budget, making informed decisions to effectively minimize costs and turn-around times

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall maintenance efficiency.

- Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Skills required:

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in maintenance or operations management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on proactive solutions.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Masters degree in operations & relevant certifications.

- Pedigree is a must.
