We are looking Service Delivery Leader for one of our telecom clients International Operations.
We are on hunt for a leader who can drive TechOps for the Digital Platforms (Apps, Portals and Backend) running in containers as well as monoliths
- Engage with 14 Countries towards delivery of services under tight SLAs
- Work with business to support on Bizops related matters
- Driving automation across the landscape minimizing manual efforts
- Delivering high availability and high performance
- Build and manage high degree of platform resilience
- Build monitoring tools and frameworks
- Engage with product engineering for defect and bug fixes
- Support in maintaining higher ratings of the apps on play store and Appstore
Requirements :
- At least 12 years of experience.
- Should have led a team of at least 10 people
- Should have run operations of multiple platforms
- Should have delivered SLAs in a 24x7 setup
- Coming from a dev background a plus
- Running a multiple country setup a plus
