Any Bachelors/Masters Degree with a post-graduation (preferred)
Job Description:
- Should have team handling experience
- Should have knowledge of Accrual processing and management
- Should have Bill processing, validation and certification
- To maintain quality and service standards in support of the contracted Service Level Agreement for business operations encompassing production planning & execution, project management & relationship management across opportunities
- To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of the processes
- To build, support, sustain and motivate a high-performance team Responsibilities/Authorities Operational
Responsibilities: The Service Delivery lead should be able to guide the team and provide support when required on the below-detailed activities for a large Telecom client
- Bill processing, validation and certification
- Disputes resolution with vendors
- Accrual processing and management
- Audit of invoices and identifying savings opportunities Experience Profile
- 9-30 years of work experience, 12 + year(s) experience in managing Team Leaders / Managers
- 6-7+ years business experience in Telecom
- Experience with international vendors
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for end to end operations and for seamless delivery of operation for an entire region. You will function as a SPOC and Service Delivery Leader and liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure Operations are run as per client's key objective and strategy.
- You will work with client to ensure all controls and local statutes are met as per agreed contractual agreement.
- In this role you will function as a Service Delivery Lead of an entire region managing multiple towers of finance and accounting domain like AP, AR, GL, Payroll etc and bring value through disciplined delivery and management skills.
- In this role you will also work to ensure you maintain a highly engaged and energized team.
- Only Female candidates. Senior manager role Good exp in F&A experience (R2R+ o2C+P2P)Exposure in FP&A is good. Should be from energy and service industry Mini - 15-18 years of exp ICWA preferred
- Looking from Genpact /EXL/Wipro /Capgemini Competent in salary as well - mini - 25-30 lacs salary
- UK USA Should have managed a team size of at least 200- 300 people
