- 3+ years of experience working in Product Design and 2+ years of experience working on Design System

- A strong portfolio of product design and design systems work, including designs that showcase both an ability to think in scalable systems, and a solid understanding of key graphic design principles (hierarchy/layout, color, and typography Please select the same from Validation sheet

Responsibilities :

- You have a growth mindset when increasing your efficiency in planning, decision making, and pragmatic management of design debt

- Maintaining or helping us evolve our core principles in visual styles, typography, spacing, motion & other interaction models

- Work with the communications design team and ensure the design system reflects our brand identity

- Collaborate with designers across teams to curate new aesthetics & patterns

- Own component design from inception to delivery, including engineering collaboration, rollout plans, usability testing, usage guidelines, and representation in design tools such as Figma

- Work closely with engineers to maintain and create new components for our library across all the products (Web, iOS & Android)

- Ensure our design system meets and exceeds the standards & guidelines for accessibility.
