Lead/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Sales Hiring

Job Responsibilities: (Sales Hiring, Corporate Hiring and Tech Hiring)

- The incumbent in the role will lead the Talent Acquisition efforts and programs for the location - strategize, budget on the recruitment portfolio across all levels & positions - volume hiring.

- The incumbent in the role will act as an advisor to our stakeholders across business and HR on Staffing activities.

- He/She will set strategic direction for the function and bring in great execution skills to deliver value to the business.

Candidate Requirement:

Candidate Requirement: 7+ years of experience with experience in handling end to end talent acquisition from progressive sale oriented organization with very good exposure in end to end hiring
