Position Title: Lead - Procurement Centre of Excellence

KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY) :
The position shall be responsible for Leading Procurement CoE for PAN India locations (Offices & Manufacturing sites) & Independently manage team of 7+ resources to ensure all possible support to 1000+ Cr procurement organization . The position shall be responsible for developing Procurement strategies and metrics for all processes, implementation & monitoring of them and creating & harnessing relationship with stakeholders.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Lead the Procurement CoE which Involves
- E-procurement ( Procure to pay )
- Define/Refine all process pertaining to Requisition to fulfillment cycle
- Define/refine SOP, SLA/Metrics for each process
- Set-up Supplier relationship management ( Onboarding, Evaluation etc)
- Set-up contract & compliance management
- Set-up customer/Stakeholder relationship management
- Process standardizing & process improvement
- Implement E-proc to plant locations
2. Monitor Procurement Operations Metrics for all categories as per agreed SLA/ metrics
- Requisition and PO processing
- Contract Implementation
- Compliance management
- Customer management - responding all queries & concerns
- Supplier Helpdesk
- Master data management (Vendor master, Material master etc.)
3. Provide Sourcing Support
- MIS & Dashboard
- Spend Analysis & insights
- Market Intelligence & Reporting (Supply Market Analysis)
- Commodity tracking
- Supplier performance management
- Risk Management
- Catalogue management
- Sourcing events ( RFI/RFQ/RFP)
- Support in spot buy, if required
4. Business Drivers & Value projects :
- Cost initiative projects
- Improve YoY operating efficiency
- Improve YoY CSAT/VOC/NPS score
5. Team management :
- Training & Development of the team to achieve higher efficiency & effectiveness
- Uphold ethical values in line with corporate values.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Education: Post graduation from a reputed institute
Experience: 12-16 Years ( Must have worked in shared services / CoE environment )
