- 7-12 years of experience as an HR / Sr. HR Manager
The concerned person will be in charge of setting up all HR-related processes and company culture.
- Developing an initiate HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Personnel Administration
- Payroll, Employee Management, Performance Management, Recruitment Specialist, Joining Formalities, Exit Formalities
- Good Organization Managing Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with setting up processes for Induction, Onboarding & Exits
- Recruitment Coordination with vendors and streamlining all Recruitment related processes
- Well Experienced with all the HR Activities
- Salary up to INR 15 to 22 LPA
