Position: Compensation & Benefits Lead/ Sr Manager (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- Lead the Compensation and Benefits role in the organisation
- Design a Compensation Package based on Business Goals and Strategy
- Create a Consistent Compensation Guideline that Matches the Company's work and Organizational Culture
- Review of compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
- Handling Annual performance pay process aligned to organization goals.
- Handling benefits renewal across organization.
- Leads and manages compensation projects for entire organization, including some group companies.
- Designs and develops compensation policies.
- Designs and develops different schemes of variable remuneration.
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
- Design Evaluation & Job Analysis, Salary Benchmarking & Parity, Performance Pay & Incentives
Requirements:
- Education: MBA/MMS Btech/BE Information Technology
- 10-15 years of experience, with extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Proactive, Initiative & system oriented
- Good quantitative skills
- Presentation & Excel Skills
- Analytical and Problem Solving
- Compensation & Benefits Analyst specialized in Annual Appraisal, Job Evaluation & Job Analysis, Salary Benchmarking & Parity, Performance Pay & Incentives
Location: Mumbai
