1. Launching new ventures and continuing to identify future opportunities
2. Assess and evaluate entry into new business areas or geographies.
3. Define the entry strategy for new businesses
4. Working out proposal in terms of commercial, market and technical feasibility and submit the recommendations to senior management / Chairman office / CREC
5. Identification and evaluation of inorganic investment opportunity
6. Build and maintain relationships with bankers / consultants personnel for the purpose of identifying potential deals / M&A opportunities
7. Assess preliminary opportunities based on organizational growth strategy - such as market, competition, technical & commercial assessment etc.
8. Analyze and present opportunities to management for next stage decisions
9. Support in driving other growth initiatives across businesses
10. Support in closing the MoU / PPA with a third party developer for the project
